💙 Return & Refund Policy

At MAPE.STORE, our goal is to make sure every customer is happy with their order — whether it’s something ready to ship or specially imported just for you.

We believe in transparency, quality, and fairness. That’s why our return policy is simple, clear, and follows Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018.

🕒 1. Types of Products

We offer two types of products on our store:

  1. Immediate Delivery Items – In stock and delivered within 1–3 working days.

  2. By Order (Imported from the USA) – Special orders imported specifically for you within up to 30 business days.

Each category has its own return and refund policy, explained below 👇

🚚 2. Immediate Delivery Items

We understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out — and that’s okay!

You can request a return or replacement within 2 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You can provide your order receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange right away.

💡 Please note:
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side or a product defect.

🌍 3. “By Order” (Imported from the USA) Items

These items are specially ordered for you from the USA — that’s how we bring you amazing deals on original brands!

Because they’re imported per your personal request:

  • They are not eligible for refund, replacement, or cancellation once confirmed.

  • However, if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, don’t worry — just contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a short video, and we’ll review your case immediately.
    If approved, we’ll arrange a suitable replacement or partial refund depending on the situation.

⏳ 4. Order Cancellation

  • Immediate Delivery orders can be canceled before shipping only.

  • By Order items cannot be canceled after order confirmation, as they are already purchased and shipped from the USA on your behalf.

⚖️ 5. Legal Transparency

Our policy fully follows Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, which allows separate terms for imported or special-order products — as long as the customer is informed before purchase.
When you complete your order, you agree to these clear and transparent terms.
