  • We sell original products, either available in stock or imported by order from the United States.

  • Product photos and descriptions are shown as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color or packaging may occur due to lighting or manufacturer updates.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any items offered or purchased per customer.

3. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, address, contact details) is complete and accurate.

  • Orders are only processed after full payment confirmation.

  • For imported items (“By Order” products), once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the item is specially purchased and shipped from the USA for you.

  • All prices on our website are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated, and include or exclude delivery fees as specified at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Immediate Delivery Items: Delivered within 1–3 working days inside Egypt.

  • By Order (Imported from USA): Delivered within up to 30 business days, depending on shipping and customs clearance.

  • Delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen conditions are beyond our control, but we always do our best to keep you informed and updated.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy is a separate document and part of these Terms.

  • Immediate Delivery items may be returned within 2 days of receipt under specific conditions.

  • By Order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in case of a defective or incorrect product.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
In the event we make a change or cancel an order, we will contact you via the email or phone number provided.
