We offer two delivery options depending on the type of product:

These items are in stock in Egypt and ready to ship.

Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange delivery.

By Order (Imported from the USA)

These items are specially ordered for you from the USA.

Delivery time: up to 30 business days (depending on supplier dispatch, shipping routes, and customs clearance).

Youβll receive regular updates throughout the shipping process.

Orders are usually processed within 24β48 hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping fees vary based on your location and will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

In some cases, promotional offers may include free delivery for selected products or minimum order values.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side or a product defect.

We currently deliver to most cities and governorates across Egypt through trusted courier partners.
If your area is not covered by our courier network, weβll contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

Once your order is shipped:

For imported items, weβll update you during each shipping stage β from dispatch in the USA to arrival in Egypt.

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:

In such cases, weβll keep you informed and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
